History of Advent small speakers

If you’re a fan of retro speaker, chances are you’ve heard of speakers coming to big, but have you ever heard of the small speaker Advent? For audiophiles looking for a colorless Advent classic sound, without a trace of the arrival of a large speaker, the speaker is smaller arrival is the perfect solution. It is reallt shows the arrival of small speakers that even to this day, a couple was bought in 1972 against the technology holds the loudspeaker during the day. It really can not say the arrival of big speakers or speakers of the same brand as Bose and JBL this time.

You can call the approach of the coming of the early 1970s the speaker as a breakthrough. They are the perfect innovator led by Kloss and his team crazy audio engineering. Since the purpose Kloss when he founded the arrival in 1967 was to develop a big screen TV spot, Advent speaker is something that came somewhat indirectly. Fortunately for us it! The advent speakers high as we all know, the state of the art acoustic methods suspension “library” of speakers today. small dome tweeter and a woofer up air suspension foot poster, this speaker a reasonable punch packed in small packages. Since the arrival of a firm full-range speaker is made of wood or MDF (customer choice). This includes a tweeter control.

Anyway, out on arrival successful 1972 Kloss speaker large decided he needed to design a smaller model. Advent small speaker is very similar to the emergence of a native speaker, even with an 8 woofer and a half-inch and nine half-inch diaphragm with a small firm. the crossover and the tweeter is the same with the emergence of a large speaker, but they do not have a standard control with the arrival of the original speaker. He did not exclude the possibility of the original wood cabinets. That said, the price of about 30% cheaper at about $ 140 a pair in the product version.

To find a team from a small loudspeaker, Kloss brings respected colleague Andy Kostatos (later the Boston Acoustics later), and offers expert talent for speakers, especially in the fine tuning of the cross. Finally left Kostatos arrival in 1974, after efforts to shake the recapitalization of the company.

Small stocks Advent loudspeaker is a true beauty and because the components are more compact when shopping for speakers is now on the market that are used, it’s likely that you will find a speaker like new Wosta or with only some minor renovations such as rubber or a cone.

Change VHS to DVD

There are different ways to convert VHS to DVD. Perhaps the most common way is to buy a capture device (usually plugged into an available USB port) and connect the VCR using RCA cables. Press the play button on the VCR and capture (or record) on the capture device. Once the captured video files, you can easily fall into a DVD authoring program to create movies to share with family and friends. You can even upload videos to YouTube or Facebook to share with people even more than physical DVD can achieve!

Nice part about using computers is that you can create chapters, transitions, adding the words, titles, etc. as you wish. They offer a variety of fonts, styles and colors, you get more choices and can make a film class. There is much information online so it will take time to find and compare software.

A brief note on the kit is advertised as a conversion kit from VHS to DVD: be careful when buying them. Some of them are more expensive and does not work as advertised. Do your research on Amazon, or Google search “opinions”. Stick to well-known brands with good reviews, if you follow this route, although often less expensive and almost as easy to buy 30-40 dollar a single capture and use free software such as Windows Movie Maker or iMovie create your movie.

Another option is to buy a transfer machine which is a combination of the author and VCR. It’s much more expensive than buying equipment for the computer. They can be connected to the TV, make sure that the correct attribution so you can see what you copy. A cassette is inserted on one side and a DVD on the other side. However the film is long is the time it takes to copy. This device works well if you have lots of VHS tapes and do not want to deal with complexity, including computers in the process can be introduced. It is easy to use and generally well documented just read the instruction manual and you should be good to go.

You can also use a professional service where you can just drop a big box you broadband and they will return to you a big box of DVDs. This cost the most, but the best way to do it.

Time is running out! VHS tapes lose from time to time and become completely unwatchable. The first signs are often very dark picture, if you want to make changes quickly!

An Inexpensive Way to Learn From the Very Expensive Mistakes of Others

I enjoy reading tax court cases because they are great way to identify what the courts are scrutinizing and what they find important. It’s also a very inexpensive way to learn from the very expensive mistakes of others. It’s a great form of leverage.

A recent tax case caught my attention. It involved a doctor who operated his practice as a sole proprietorship for several years, and then changed the structure. The new structure involved several changes that provided significant tax savings.

Two of the key changes were:

1. Putting the practice in an LLC. The LLC was owned by the doctor and a newly formed corporation (owned by the doctor).

2. Forming another new corporation (owned by the doctor) to provide management services to the LLC.

On the surface, the structure isn’t unusual. It’s not uncommon for a doctor’s practice to outsource its management function, nor is it uncommon for a practice to undergo ownership and entity changes.

The court, however, disregarded the two corporations as separate entities for tax purposes. This had a significant impact on the tax savings because all the income earned by the corporations was attributed to the doctor. At the end of the day, because the corporations were disregarded by the court, the tax result was no different than when the doctor was a sole proprietorship.

What went wrong? While this was a U.S. Tax Court case, the lessons to be learned are universal. There is a lot to be learned here about what went wrong.

The main issue the court had with the structure was that the doctor continued business as usual and changes were not made to the business operations to reflect the new structure.

Here are few of the specific findings that the court relied on in its decision:

- Neither corporation ever had employees

- Neither corporation ever paid salaries

- There was no evidence that the management service corporation ever performed the management services for which it was paid

- There was no service agreement between either corporation and the LLC – Only one of the corporations had a bank account

- Neither corporation had assets (other than a bank account)

- Neither corporation had day-to-day activity

- Assets were not retitled to / from the LLC

- The doctor continued to bill the insurance companies under his sole proprietorship and not under the LLC

All of the above finders were further aggravated by the fact that neither corporation had office space, a website, a phone listing or advertising of any kind.

The court found that aside from signing documents and transferring money, it was business as usual for the doctor.

Learning from the mistakes of others One of the most valuable pieces of information in the case was that the court didn’t have an issue with the concept of directing income to a corporation to provide management services or restructuring the ownership of the practice.

Make $171,000 Publishing Your Own Books – Part 6

Making easy money has never been easier. There is a ‘simple 6 step system’ created by a normal couple who made $171,000 in just 12 months. They did this with no technical skill and you can do it too.

The 6 steps are

- Find a group of clients who require your goods

- Make sure you can make a profit from your product or idea by testing it

- Developing your product… maybe an e-book

- Writing your sales letter

- Building your website and set-up a way to collect the money (no technical knowledge required)

- Monitoring and fine tuning to maximise results

So this month we will go into some more depth in – Building your website and set-up a way to collect the money

So you have done the background work. You have your sales letter ready to go, so you now need to get the page up on the web so that the world can now see what you have produced.

You will need several pages on your web presence. I would recommend the following as a minimum

Index page – this would be your sales letter you produced last month. You must make sure that this page has a button on so that clients can place an order for your product and also have links to other pages on your website.

Contact Us Page – This gives your clients your contact details. I would always suggest that you have a phone number as well as an e-mail address. By the way I would suggest that you use address obfuscation on any e-mail address you put on to the web, otherwise you will get a deluge of SPAM!

A Privacy Policy Page -

A Guarantee Page -

A Terms and Conditions Page -

A Copyright Page -

A Disclaimer Page -

Any additional pages that you think are relevant. Google likes websites that have lots of information. The more info you have on your website the higher you will rank on Google and the more traffic you will get.

Having created your page in MS Word you can save this directly out as a web page.

The next thing you have to do is upload these files to your web server. This is a whole different area and the subject of another article. Now I use MS front page for my web management but you can use any program that you prefer. Many people like to use Dreamweaver from Adobe. Now you can purchase some very cost effective web templates that will make your web site look very professional.

Packaging Machines in the Pharmaceutical Industry

The customer is manufacturing complete customized machines and production lines for high volume production of many different medical packaging systems. In order to verify the proper functioning of the production line the manufacturer is performing a quality test before the plant is delivered to the customer. The objective of the test measurement is to confirm that the equipment is working to its standards and that that the sterilisation processes is also meeting the required standards.

In the past the acceptance test measurement and documentation was based on a mainly manually data recoding process and the report was also manually generated in Excel. The customer was looking for a solution to simplify the data recoding and to automated the report generation.

The data acquisition project is based on a universal ProfiSignal application which is independent of the connected data acquisition hardware. The user can record data from the analog inputs of the Expert Key and record values from the machine PLC system via OPC server at the same time.

The data recoding application is based in measurements from dedicated thermocouple and pressure sensors which are connected directly to the Expert Key 200 unit and on temperature and pressure readings from the Siemens S7 PLC which are interfaced to the DataService Configurator via OPC Server.

The application is divided into 2 separate programs. One program is dedicated to record the data from the Expert Key unit and the machine Siemens S7 PLC via OPC server. The second program is dedicated to analyse the recoded data and to automatically generate a test report.

The interesting feature of this apparition is that the ProfiSignal Klicks application was developed in a way that the customer can record data of any hardware which is connected to the DataServiceConfigurator. The customer can connect channels from any DAQ device like Expert Key, TopMessage, LogMessage, ProfiMessage or any third party devices from (VTI, HBM, PSI; Adam Module, DataTranslation etc..) which are supported by a driver. The ProfiSignal application records data from the Expert Key hardware and reading from the PLC via the OPC interface into one HDS data file. The user can also perform an offset calibration of each channel if required. The data recoding is performed completely independently from the data analysis and report generation.
